State signs contract with brokers Swiss Capital and Carpatica Invest for sale of 20% in Tarom
The Romanian State, through the Transportation Ministry, has signed the contract according to which Swiss Capital and Carpatica Invest act as intermediaries for the sale of a 20% stake in flight operator Tarom. Consortium incl. Swiss Capital – selected for Transelectrica secondary offering
